Welcome to Gill Sewing Machine Co. and the BRAVO Dealer Portal. By accessing our website or placing an order through our online dealer portal, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Dealer Registration

  • Dealer registration is subject to approval by Gill Sewing Machine Co.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any dealer account without prior notice.
  • Dealers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity performed through the registered account shall be considered authorized by the dealer.

2. Product Information

We continuously improve our products. Product specifications, colors, designs, and packaging may change without prior notice.


3. Dealer Pricing

  • Dealer prices are visible only after dealer login.
  • Prices shown are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated.
  • GST, freight, insurance, and other applicable charges are extra unless mentioned.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material, motor, aluminum, or other component costs.
  • The price applicable on the date of invoice shall be final.

4. Orders

  • Orders placed through the dealer portal are subject to acceptance.
  • Order confirmation will be communicated after verification.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order if necessary.
  • Once production or dispatch has started, order cancellation may not be accepted.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms shall be as mutually agreed.
  • Orders may require advance payment.
  • Credit facility is available only for approved dealers.
  • Ownership of goods remains with Gill Sewing Machine Co. until full payment is received.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Dispatch schedules depend upon product availability and production.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to transportation or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the transporter.
  • Any delivery delay shall not be considered a reason for cancellation or compensation.

7. Inspection of Goods

Dealers should inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

Any shortages, transit damage, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.


8. Warranty

Warranty is applicable only where specifically mentioned for the respective product.

Warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Improper lubrication
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Electrical fluctuations
  • Accidental damage
  • Negligence or misuse

Warranty does not include labor charges or transportation costs unless specifically agreed.


9. Spare Parts

Only genuine BRAVO spare parts are recommended.

Use of duplicate or incompatible parts may affect machine performance and warranty eligibility.


10. Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

Customized or special-order products cannot be returned.

Transportation charges for approved returns shall be borne as mutually agreed.


11. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • APL®
  • BLUEBERRY®
  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Catalogues
  • Videos
  • Technical drawings

are the intellectual property of Gill Sewing Machine Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.


12. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers agree to:


  • Maintain ethical business practices.
  • Provide accurate customer information.
  • Not misuse company trademarks.
  • Not publish misleading advertisements.
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations.

13. Limitation of Liability

Gill Sewing Machine Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, profit, or production arising from the use of our products.


14. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruptions, war, or pandemics.


15. Privacy

Dealer information is kept confidential and used only for business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
